At Pallet Deals Depot, we strive to provide reliable liquidation inventory and a transparent buying experience for every customer. Due to the nature of liquidation, overstock, customer returns, and bulk inventory sales, all purchases should be reviewed carefully before placing an order.
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
By purchasing from Pallet Deals Depot, you acknowledge that liquidation inventory may include shelf-pulled items, customer returns, open-box products, or mixed-condition merchandise unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item or pallet must be unused, and in the same condition it was received.
Products must remain in the original packaging where applicable.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Returns must be approved by our team before being shipped back.
Please do not send returned merchandise directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, certain products and categories cannot be returned or refunded.

Clearance and final sale items
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items
Hazardous materials or flammable goods
Perishable goods
Opened media products, including CDs, DVDs, games, software, VHS tapes, and vinyl records
Additionally, mixed-condition liquidation pallets, mystery pallets, customer return pallets, and salvage inventory may contain untested or imperfect items and are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
Items showing signs of use
Products not returned in original condition.
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Products missing parts or accessories not caused by our error
Approved returns submitted after the 30-day return period
